Malaysia - Engilsh

AUX may be new to Malaysia’s air-conditioner market, but the brand has quickly captured attention for its tech-driven, affordable, and health-conscious solutions. Since its 2024 debut, AUX has reached key milestones, celebrated for its quiet performance, energy efficiency, and user-friendly innovation.

That momentum was on full display at Engineer & MARVEX 2025 in KLCC, where AUX showcased its growing range of residential, commercial, and large-scale cooling systems. Positioned as a smart, reliable, and accessible brand, AUX highlighted features that resonate with Malaysian households: efficiency, practicality, and healthier air.
The event also gave Malaysians a glimpse of what’s next—the upcoming voice command air conditioner, set to launch in the first quarter of 2026.
The new series introduces intelligent voice control with dual-language support in Bahasa Malaysia and English, delivering a truly localised experience.
Gone are the days of reaching for the remote. Simply say ‘Hello Lisa’ to wake the air conditioner, followed by a command to adjust it in real time. When leaving voice command mode, the unit would say “See you later” to let users know it has exited wake-up mode.
“BahasaMalaysia is our national language, so it’s natural to prioritise it. English, on the other hand, is widely spoken and serves as an international language, making it easier to reach a broader audience. This dual-language approach reflects AUX’s commitment to accessibility and inclusivity in Malaysia,” said David Ma, CEO of AUX Cloud Commerce (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, during the showcase.
Electricity costs remain a major concern for many Malaysians, and here, the voice command air conditioner makes a difference. Its AI ECO Saving technology studies user habits, detectsenvironmental changes, and adjusts cooling automatically to strike the right balance between comfort and efficiency.
“The AI chip learns from the way households use their units, ensuring the air-conditioner cools when it’s needed most while saving energy during idle times. Combined with inverter technology, this results in significantly reduced energy consumption,” explained David.
Beyond cooling, AUX has also prioritised healthier living spaces. The series comes with UVC sterilisation to aid in reducing bacterial presence.
It’s like adding an invisible shield indoors—an assurance that families can breathe easier while enjoying a cooler environment.
In addition to voice activation, the series offers WiFi connectivity, giving users remote control from their smartphones. Whether cooling down the room before stepping in after work or adjusting settings on the go, comfort is always just a tap away.
With these features, AUX brings accessibility and hands-free living to the forefront, blending technology with effortless convenience.

Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, AUX tailors its strategies to local markets. “We focus on understanding consumer behaviour in each market. Our goal is to provide affordable yet high-quality, durable products tailored to local needs. Air conditioning should not be a luxury—it should be everyday comfort,” shared David.
Looking Ahead
As AUX deepens its presence in Malaysia, the company is preparing its next phase of innovation. Its product range will be upgraded to meet government energy-saving standards, ensuring every unit aligns with stricter efficiency requirements.
At the same time, AUX is exploring floor-standing air conditioners —a flexible option for spaces where wall-mounted units may not be practical, offering homeowners more choice without compromising performance.
With these developments, AUX is set to shape a smarter, healthier, and more convenient cooling future for Malaysia.
